Unfortunately I washed this bedskirt. I used cold water, low temp dryer, but bedskirt came apart at the hem in a large section. Fabric was so thin it disintegrated. I repaired it by hand, pressed it with my steam iron and put it on the bed. It shrunk! Hangs about four inches off the floor. What a waste of time and money.
The quality of the 100% cotton fabric is good. Thread count of 320 is just like good quality bedsheets with woven stripes. I washed and dried the bedskirt, and it held up very well (probably needs to be ironed...).
