“Goose Down products like this white goose down 600 Thread count winter fill comforter are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor. We recommend that this off white Goose Down duvet insert is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.”

I ordered this mainly because last winter I slept freezing from a comforter I bought from a different website. I bought this and it keeps me warm and cozy, I feel like I'm hugging a big soft teddy bear when I sleep in this. Would definitely recommend!
Bought this comforter because of the Baffle Box and Gusset construction which means that within each "square" (not stitched through to other side) there are "vertical, stitched chambers". This type of construction lets the down stay put without shifting. I held up to the light and shook. All the down shifted to the bottom of each square. There are clearly no vertical chambers within a square. Way to pricey for this type of construction.
